The heaviest on-the-ground presence is along Utah's Wasatch Front — the Salt Lake City, Ogden, and Provo corridor — home to a dense concentration of manufacturing, food processing, and distribution operations, many of them exactly the small-to-mid-sized employers this program is built for. Being based here means faster scheduling, shorter travel, and real familiarity with the businesses and regulators in the area.
